Lincus supports the assigned client lead in program planning, incorporating measures into existing programs in their EE/DR portfolio, and providing advice and recommendations to help in the informed decision-making process. This task may include development of scope, schedule, and budget for various efforts, determining market sizes and likely uptake for new EE/DR measures, creating technology and measure roadmaps, and coordinating with different departments as needed.
