Lincus is a California Air Resource Board accredited verification body (Executive Order H-16-015) since 2009 to verify AB32 GHG emissions reports. Lincus’ GHG verification team has extensive experience in providing GHG verification and consulting services to stationary combustion, electricity generation & cogeneration, and electric power transaction entities. Lincus’ clientele includes cities of Anaheim, Colton, Glendale, Needles, and Roseville, San Diego State University, California Institute of Technology, etc.
